Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@thebikeline.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 6520 Cornell Ave, Indianapolis, IN 46220 

If your return is accepted, you can send your item(s) back to The Bike Line, 6520 Cornell Ave, Indianapolis, IN 46220. All returns are sent back at the customers expense.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  • SPD-compatible, LOOK Cycle’s patented single-sided mechanism reduces weight while optimizing aerodynamics
  • 67mm wide for increased stability and power transfer
  • 53mm Q-Factor, with 1 and 2mm Q adjustment spacers available
  • X-Classic cleats included, with 6deg float and 13deg release angle
