Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, you can send your item(s) back to The Bike Line, 6520 Cornell Ave, Indianapolis, IN 46220. All returns are sent back at the customers expense.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  • S500 Eagle AXS derailleur utilizes Type 3 cage damper for confident chain retention and quiet descending
  • AXS enabled for easy wireless setup, personalization, reliability and compatibility across SRAM MTB or Road AXS components
  • Compatible with Eagle drivetrain 50t or 52t cassettes (sold separately)
  • AXS Pod controller features a “click and fire” two-button design, with an intuitive action that requires the ideal amount of rider input to activate
  • AXS Pod Controller allows riders to personalize button assignments through the AXS™ App and accepts ergonomically adjustable buttons with subtle grip
  • Kit includes S500 Eagle AXS Rear Derailleur with protector, AXS Battery, AXS Pod Controller with discrete clamp, Eagle PowerLock chain connector, USB-C Charger (cord not included), and Chain Gap Tool
