Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, you can send your item(s) back to The Bike Line, 6520 Cornell Ave, Indianapolis, IN 46220. All returns are sent back at the customers expense.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The SRAM RED XPLR eTap AXS rear derailleur is a dedicated 1x-specific unit designed for use with the XPLR 10-44 cassette. It makes for an uncluttered drivetrain that takes on pavement and singletrack with equal aplomb. Wireless and proven eTap shift logic, AXS connectivity and advanced chain management mean this derailleur does exactly what you want when you need it.
