We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, you can send your item(s) back to The Bike Line, 6520 Cornell Ave, Indianapolis, IN 46220. All returns are sent back at the customers expense. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The O-Strap Rack is a flexible TPU fastenin8g strap to securely lash panniers or packages to luggage carriers with a 10 mm tube diameter. The pre-formed hooks at both ends of the strap grip around the tubes of the luggage carrier, ensuring a stable fit. The maximum length is 950 mm.
